Fees Terms of Service

1.  Booking transactions for Mobile Notary Services: Any Services booked online, by phone, or any other means, by any persons do not constitute agreement by us as to the stated fees either verbally, in writing on this website or otherwise, regardless of the method of booking. Further, any and all fees for other Services and/or any Services rendered and/or specialty fees will be applied and collected in person at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Clients must map distance from our Office, located at, 717 N 1ST ST, Temple, TX 76501 to the desired service location in order to determine appropriate distances. Centex Notary Express is not and will not be liable for miscalculated distances and/or misinterpretation or misrepresentation of distances by any online mapping services such as, but not limited to, Google Maps, Bing Maps, Apple mapping services, Android mapping services and/or any other mapping services or measures taken. All persons booking or utilizing any Centex Notary Express Services understand and agree that additional fees will apply if incorrect mapping distance/radius is booked online. Clients will adhere to scheduled booking times, arrangements, and agreements with us and agree that any and all fees may be collected in accordance with these Fees Terms of Service and our Refund/Return and Cancellation policies

2. Booking transactions for In Office Notary Services: Any Services booked online, by phone, or any other means, by any persons do not constitute agreement by us as to the stated fees either verbally, in writing on this website or otherwise, regardless of the method of booking.. Further, any and all fees for other Services and/or any Services rendered and/or specialty fees will be applied and collected in person at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Clients will respect the property rights of Jody K. Huskey d/b/a CENTEX NOTARY EXPRESS, and agree to abide by any and all Texas laws pertaining to property rights. Clients will adhere to scheduled booking times, arrangements, and agreements with us and agree that any and all fees may be collected in accordance with these Fees Terms of Service and our Refund/Return and Cancellation policies.

3.  All fees including Texas Statutory Notary Fees, Mobile Notary Fees, In Office Notary Fees, Loan Signings/Closings, Additional Services Fees, including Courier Services, Printing Services, Scanning Services, Faxing Services, and any additional Services provided currently and/or in the future, Specialty Fees, including After Hours Fees, Holiday Fees, Specialty and Facility Fees, Witness Fees, Liability Fees, Convenience Fees, and/or any fees currently in effect and/or fees in effect in the future shall be collected in person at the time of service unless paid in advance through the online booking platforms, electronic services, or other arrangements are made for billing, including but not limited to invoicing, payment links through text, email and/or other electronic methods.

4.  Invoicing may be conducted at our discretion. All invoices for any and all Services rendered are due immediately upon receipt unless otherwise agreed to, in writing, in the form of a contract or other written agreement. Such agreements must be physically signed by Jody Kenneth Huskey and the client(s) to be considered in full effect.

5.  Payment links through text, email and/or other electronic methods are at our discretion. All text, email and/or other electronic payment links provided for any and all Services rendered are due immediately upon receipt unless otherwise agreed to, in writing, in the form of a contract or other written agreement. Such agreements must be physically signed by Jody Kenneth Huskey and the client(s) to be considered in full effect.

6.  Any and all payment collection methods, including, cash, checks, credit cards, electronic payment services applications, hand held electronic devices, such as, mobile phones, card readers, including tap, swipe, and/or magnetic strip readers, and/or any other payment collection methods authorized by us are strictly at our discretion and convenience. No express warranties and/or guarantees are made for any third party payment collection services policies in effect at the time of service or in the future. No express warranties and/or guarantees are made for any of our policies across any of our platforms at the time of service or in the future. Any use of and all payment collection methods are strictly at our discretion and convenience.

7. Our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy are to be considered in full effect at all times. Any deviation from such policies is at our discretion and our convenience. A transaction fee will be charged to any persons to whom a refund might be granted regardless of the payment method utilized to collect any and all fees associated with any and all Services regardless if any Services were rendered or not.

8. We reserve the right to accept or not accept any and all forms of payment at any time, at our discretion and our convenience.

9. We reserve the right at any time to collect any transaction fees, service fees, convenience fees, and/or payment processing fees associated with any and all payment collection methods at our disposal and for our purposes regardless of Services rendered and for what purposes Services might be rendered at our discretion and convenience provided such collection is in accordance with Texas state laws in effect at the potential time of service, time of service, and/or in the future.
