Jody was born and raised in Houston, Texas and grew up with a love for road trips.

 

A true traveler at heart, Jody naturally chose the military hoping to travel both within the United States and abroad. That decision did not disappoint with postings from South Korea to Europe to the Middle East and multiple assignments between the East and West coasts of the United States. After a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Army, Jody and his family settled in Temple, TX, where today, they continue to enjoy building relationships with their beloved Central Texas neighbors.

Jody relied on the discipline he acquired in the Army to excel in multiple industries in the domestic arena, including transportation, manufacturing, defense, and funeral. The decade following military service enabled Jody to further develop combined skillsets, including client relations, communications, state and federal administrative and regulatory compliance, time and resource management and a determined focus on attention to details, all of which, today, he applies to operating his business, CENTEX NOTARY EXPRESS.

The journey to launching CENTEX NOTARY EXPRESS began in the funeral industry where Jody assisted in multiple facets and ultimately obtained his Texas Notary Public Commission. Jody's compassionate personality and background of service translates well into serving the citizens of Texas as a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent. It is with the same discipline, skills, and values that Jody continues to serve people every day. Whether notarizing Powers of Attorney, Wills, or assisting first time home buyers with loan documents, Jody applies the same effort and attention to each client.
